No objection to issuance of permit for proposed resetting of existing sidewalk bricks and brick curb and for new iron fence no taller than 12 to14-inches high around four tree spaces on public space. Working drawings conform to approved concept. See previous Recommendation (OG 04-248). Note is made that applicant did not attend the public meeting where project was discussed.
