No objection to issuance of permit for proposed revision to approved permit design to include reconstruction of brick side wall which is failing and is beyond repair. New brick wall will be painted. Rear addition was previously approved under separate permit application. See previous Recommendation (OG 05-002). Note is made that permit application is pending final Zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
