No objection to issuance of permit for proposed removal of aluminum siding and installation of hardi-plank siding on sides and rear ONLY, and for installation of Pella Architect Series Wood LX double-hung replacement windows with 7/8-inch historical muntin bars on side and rear ONLY as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 19 August 2005. All trim to match existing. Existing historic windows and siding on front of house will be retained and repaired. Replacement of windows in front facade was NOT approved and has been deleted from this application. Recommend new areaways or window wells be installed for front basement windows. Note is made that permit application is pending final Zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
