No objection to issuance of permit for proposed repair of historic 1850's lattice metal fence as shown in supplemental information received and dated 12 September 2005 which indicates replication of existing conditions re-using lattice panels supported on new 36 inch high posts with finials. Additional alterations to existing fence were NOT approved and have been deleted from this permit application. Note is made that permit application is pending final Zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
