No objection to the general concept of the massing for the proposed five-story mixed-use building as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 15 June 2006 with the recommendation to continue further study of reduction of massing, particularly at the penthouse, and attention to the detailing of the facades sympathetic to the residential character of historic Georgetown, and to the roof elements, including chimneys, penthouse and elevator override. File new submission of revised design with new concept application for review by the Commission when ready.
