No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to existing smoke house for chiller enclosure as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 1 February 2006 which indicate replacement window sashes without glass panes in front of acoustical louvers on lower windows on north facade, leaving upper windows clear of acoustical panels until further testing, and alignment of lintel of new masonry openings with existing windows. Work is in coordination with previously approved work under case OG 06-041. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
