No objection to issuance of permit for proposed relocation of existing awning with sign on valance reading 'Innovation luggage and travelware' as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 15 March 2006 which indicate awning installed lower in relation to the existing storefront window and removal of egg-crate soffit and light fixtures, which were also installed prior to review and without a permit. Awning must be relocated and egg-crate screen and light fixtures must be removed no later than 30 June 2006. Commission regrets that awning was installed prior to review and without a permit. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
