Recommendation
No objection to issuance of public space permit for repair of front areaway, metal railing and lamppost, and to issuance of permit for proposed three-story rear addition and alterations, including repair of historic front windows, replacement siding to match adjoining structure, new side windows and replacement front windows at lower floor level, and new landscape plan at rear as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 6 April 2006. Working drawings conform to approved concept. See previous Recommendation (OG 05-177). Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
