No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to storefront including new ATM, glass and metal canopy, railing on front stoop, mechanical equipment on roof and sign scheme composed of 10-inch high pin-mounted letters reading 'Fidelity & Trust Bank' on canopy and on sign panel on side wall as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 18 May 2006 PROVIDED mechanical equipment is relocated to south corner of roof and new parapet is deleted. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
