Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for proposed skylights on roof of historic house where they will not be visible from public thoroughfare and for work on public space including brick paving of existing curb-cut and driveway, alterations to sidewalk and extension of planter bed, as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 27 June 2006. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval. Foundations for future garden arbor in rear yard and light fixtures for landscaping and rear yard were not approved and have been deleted from this permit application. File new submission of landscape plan including proposed structures and lighting scheme under a separate permit application for review by the Commission when ready.
