Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for proposed foundation to grade and garage structure in coordination with proposed development of the Wormley School site as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 10 October 2006 which indicate scope of work does not include the front bay windows of Italianate houses #4 and 5, which are still under concept review, and the rear of the first three townhouses is aligned. Note is made that foundation work is at applicant's risk since the development of the design concept for the work above ground is still under review. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
