No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of windows in disrepair with Pella all-wood Architect Series replacement windows facing into private courtyard, and with Pella clad Architect Series at rear which will not be visible from a public thoroughfare. All windows to include half-screens. Note: Because application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
