No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations for new entrance and handicapped access ramp as shown in supplemental drawings dated 6 June 2007 which indicate use of clear glass on storefront pulled away from columns, replication of historic railing detailing, and an address pin-mounted to new precast sign panel. Canopy is removed from this permit application. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
