No objection to issuance of permit for proposed sign scheme for Bo Concept including back-lit stainless-steel letters with the 'B', 'C', 'p' and 't' no larger than 15 3/8 inches high and wall mounted to front facade and one non-illuminated projecting sign on alley as shown in supplemental drawing dated 18 October 2007. Projecting sign on M St was NOT approved and is deleted from this permit application. Existing signs and light fixtures will be removed. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
