The Commission regrets that alterations to storefront, sign and planters were installed prior to review and without a permit. No objection to issuance of permit for existing alterations to storefront, sign with lettering reading 'Sotheby', and planters. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
