No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations for outdoor seating as shown in supplemental drawings dated 14 May 2008, which indicate low brick walls, terrace paved with brick to match existing, light fixtures, tables, chairs, woven fabric umbrellas without lettering and 6 ft. wide stairs. Sign scheme were not included in this permit application. File separate submission of detailed and dimensioned drawings, with permit application for pin-mounted sign and awning for review by the Commission when ready. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
