No objection to issuance of permit for proposed addition at basement level, alterations to rear for new door and windows, and for replacement window sashes only on side wall, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 28 August 2008, which indicate Marvin 6/6 wood windows with simulated-divided-lites and half screens. The option of metal stairs with open risers is preferred. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
