No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement four panel door with transom and for new surround to match original conditions on adjacent property at 1226 28th St., and 2803 Olive St, NW as shown in supplemental drawings dated 12 September 2008. No objection to patch opening below second floor window with brick to match existing. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
