The Commission regrets that the wood siding was removed prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed one-story rear addition at second floor level, replacement balcony at rear, replacement wood windows and door with simulated-divided-lites and half screens at rear, new door surround to match existing on adjoining property, replacement of termite-damaged wood siding to match original wood siding on front facade and for repair of existing historic windows on front and side, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 9 September 2008. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
