Addition in deteriorated condition and not part of the ca. 1868 Italianate duplex designed by Morris G. Starkweather. No objection to issuance of permit for demolition of one-story addition at rear. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
