No objection to issuance of permit for revisions to approved design including louvers within glazed opening facing Canal and roof top mechanical equipment, PROVIDED roof equipment will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Louvers will match the dark bronze anodized window frame. Addition of brick chimney was deleted from scope of proposed work. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
