No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of existing vinyl windows with single-hung wood window sashes on original frame and half-screens as shown in supplemental drawings dated 19 November 2008 PROVIDED single glazed windows with true-divided 7/8-inch muntins with ogee (S-shape) profile are used and existing brick mould is retained. Original curved top window at dormer must be repaired and retained. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed aluminum clad windows with simulated divided-lites to match original at rear facade, which is not visible from public thoroughfare. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
