No objection to concept design for rear parking pad off alley, PROVIDED motorized gate is installed to remain closed at all times, increase in landscaping beds with removal of shed, fence on east side on top of brick knee wall to be painted or stained. File new submission of working drawings, including details, dimensions, cut-sheets and landscape plan, with permit application for review by the Commission when ready. This recommendation is applicable to this case only and is not to be construed that future proposals for other parking pads for the alley where it becomes narrower will be approved.
