Recommendation
The Commission regrets that replacement windows and roof top mechanical equipment were installed prior to review or permit. Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for replacement windows and rooftop mechanical equipment. Submitted materials are insufficient for permit review. See previous Recommendation under case OG 09-043. Recommend windows be replaced with historically accurate single glazed true-divided-lite 6/6 wood windows. New wood storm door must match adjacent storm door. Recommend finding the most efficient and smallest equipment for roof exhaust vents to be located as far from the alley as possible. File new submission of working drawings, including details and dimensions, with permit application for revised design for review by the Commission no later than the 12 November 2009 deadline for the meeting of 3 December 2009.
