The Commission regrets that enclosure of second floor level of rear porch was initiated prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed enclosure to rear porch and alterations as shown in supplemental drawings dated 24 September and 14 October 2009 which indicate wood clapboard siding with mitered corners, clad wood single hung windows and traditional detailing of capitals on wood posts. Note: Any subsequent modification to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issusance of permit. Note: The L'Enfant Trust holds an easement on this property.
