The Commission regrets that front door was replaced prior to review or permit. Existing door is not appropriate to the character of this historic building. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of door with a 4-panel or 6-panel wood door to match neighbor's door. Door must be painted. Work must be completed no later than 30 June 2010. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
