No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to rear wall for painted wood sliding gate for parking pad as shown in supplemental information dated 16 February 2010 which indicate work will have no adverse impact on root zone of existing heritage elm tree on neighbor's back yard, which is a character defining feature on this residential alley. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
