Supplemental materials dated 16 November 2010 indicate that work at rear of row house, including 4-ft deck, stairs to garden, skylights, French doors and replacement windows, will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Rooftop mechanical equipment must be located where it will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Work conforms to recommendations of the Old Georgetown Board given in association with work on the street facade. Refer to the Historic Preservation Review Board. Replacement of windows and doors on street facade was deleted from this permit application. File separate submission of detailed drawings and cut-sheets with permit application for replacement windows and doors on front facade for review by the Commission.
