The Commission regrets that the sign, logo, light fixtures, and menu boards were installed prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for existing lettering reading 'Zenobia Lounge' and Arabic text only as shown in red-lined supplemental drawings dated 23 September 2010 which indicate that existing logo, light fixtures on projecting arm, neon sign, 3-inch-high lettering and menu boards, all of which were not approved, were crossed out from this permit application and must be removed no later than 31 December 2010. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
