No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to rear, including replacement of sliding doors at second floor level with casement windows, alterations to one-story rear addition, garden fences and paving rear yard PROVIDED pavers are installed on a pervious sand and gravel base, as shown in supplemental information dated 5 October 2010, rather than on a concrete slab which was not approved. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
