No objection to issuance of permit for new window well on south elevation to match projection of existing window well within fenced planter bed, for alterations to existing basement window; and for reconstruction of northern dormer to match size and detailing of southern dormer on east elevation as shown in supplemental drawings dated 29 September 2010. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
