No objection to concept design for proposed alterations, including new composition of rear addition faced with new wood siding, and wood replacement windows sized for masonry openings and matching detailing and profile of original windows. Recommend removal of iron fence on public space and either extension of the sidewalk to the building's edge or a planting bed. Trash cans must be removed from their location on public space. File new submission of working drawings, including details, dimensions, cut-sheets and product information for windows, doors, light fixtures and mechanical equipment, with permit application for review by the Commission.
