No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations including replacement wood windows on sides and rear, replacement wood carriage doors on first floor opening, in-fill CMU walls with brick, and new window openings as shown in supplemental drawings dated 17 November 2010 which indicate single hung replacement wood windows retaining existing or matching original brickmold and using half screens. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
