The Commission regrets that construction of carport at rear alley extended beyond the scope of work of the approved design (see case OG 10-034). No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations as shown in supplemental drawings dated 5 January 2011 which indicate mahogany garage door and trim centered between brick piers. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
