Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for proposed two-car garage off Avon Lane as shown in drawings dated 17 December 2010 which indicate a garage footprint no wider than 23-ft wide, located as far east as possible, built with Helical Piers footers with structural grade beam no deeper than 6-in below grade to protect mature specimen oak tree which, as part of the historical landscape, contributes to the character of the historic landmark property. Permit application is a resubmission of an approved design (see case OG 08-179). Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
