No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to rear and new window opening at second floor level on rear facade as shown in supplemental drawings dated 19 May 2011 which indicate new single glazed window will match details of existing windows. Any new brick, mortar and mortar joints must match dimensions, color and texture of existing. Proposed replacement of windows was deleted from this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
