No objection to issuance of permit for proposed revised sign scheme composed of halo-lit letters no taller than 12 inches high reading 'Calvin Klein underwear' on a metal panel in the transom of new storefront, and for lettering no taller than 4-inches high once on each shop window as shown in supplemental drawings dated 18 May 2011 which indicate opaque polished stainless-steel face on back-lit lettering. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
