No objection to issuance of permit for proposed repair work and replacement-to-match including metal cornices and brick lintels re-using as much salvaged material as possible with new brick, mortar and mortar joints to match dimensions, color and texture of original as shown in drawings dated 13 May 2011 which indicate repair of oriel window. Request site visit of brick mock-up samples. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
