The Commission regrets that alterations and new fence were installed prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for existing vertical wood board fence PROVIDED caps are cut down to the level of top of fence, that fence is painted to match color of trim on house, that remaining CMU retaining wall is parged or covered with cementitious paint, and that installation of brick cap is completed on side of gate. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
