1) No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to lower plaza at Washington Harbour, including alterations to fountain and pool, seasonal installation of ice-rink over fountain, removal of steel architectural ornamentation at lower level storefronts, re-cladding of flood gates posts, and replacement of storefronts with a Nana wall system as shown in supplemental drawings dated 1 November 2011. 2) Request installation of mock-up storefront cladding with proposed color selection for review by the Commission prior to ordering materials. 3) The selection of light fixtures was deleted from this permit application. 4) No objection to revised concept design for outdoor service bars located where structures do not block visual axis to the river. File new submission of working drawings for outdoor service bars and for fountain within tower, including details, dimensions and cut-sheets for light fixtures, with permit application for review by the Commission. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
