No objection to concept design development for proposed alterations and landscaping. Recommend removal of one window well at east end of building, reduction of window wells to 4-ft, reduction in size of terraces in both directions, retention of grade along brick garden wall at east property line, and use of cast stone on reconstruction of front stairs. No objection to concept for widening the alley and curb to 18-ft - 19-ft. File new submission of working drawings, including details, dimensions, landscape and grading plans, for review by the Commission.
