No objection to concept design for the proposed two-story rear addition with two-story open porch as shown in supplemental drawings dated 20 January 2012 which indicate 1/1 windows and planting beds at rear yard. Recommend development of the porch details, resolution of rear yard with extension of the landscaping and selection of pervious pavers for the parking pad and walkways. Third floor, rooftop deck and cantilevered balconies were not approved and were deleted from this concept design. File new submission of working drawings, including details, dimensions, and cut-sheets, with permit application for review by the Commission.
