No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to entry doors and for sign scheme composed of single woven fabric shed awning over main entry door and lettering reading 'Luigi Parasmo Salon' mounted to wood fascia above each storefront window as shown in supplemental drawings dated 8 February 2012 which indicate no awning over door to the second floor, and no applied letters for website or address at the shop windows. Existing awning extending the length of the building and blade sign mounted to awning frame, both of which are not appropriate to the historic building and were not approved, will be removed as part of the scope of this permit and no later than 30 August 2012. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
