No objection to issuance of permit for proposed repair and replacement-in-kind of stucco on south wall with installation of new concrete stucco to match composition of existing stucco as shown in supplemental information dated 6 February 2012. Color of cement stucco should approximate color of front facade of building. Alterations that would increase the width of the stucco and would introduce a joint on the stucco wall were deleted from this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
