No objection to concept design for proposed partial demolition and alterations to garage at rear alley including extension of foot print to the property line and a gable roof with a ridge line no taller than 15 ft high as shown in supplemental drawings dated 26 January 2012 which indicate a 7'-6" high garage door. File new submission of working drawings, including details and dimensions, with permit application for review by the Commission. Note that The L'Enfant Trust holds an easement on this property.
