No objection to issuance of permit for proposed partial demolition and alterations to garage at rear alley, including extension of foot print to the property line and a gable roof with a ridge line no taller than 15 ft high as shown in supplemental drawings dated 8 March 2012 which indicate a 7'-6" high wood paneled sliding doors. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit. Note that The L'Enfant Trust holds an easement on t his property.
