No objection to issuance of permit for proposed two-story rear addition with two-story open porch as shown in supplemental drawings dated 21 March 2012 which indicate traditional construction and detailing for rear porch, landscaped beds between porch and parking at rear, and Pella all-wood (mahogany) insulated 6/6 double-hung windows with no screens provided simulated-divided-lites have spacer bar between the glass. Recommend half-screens be used if needed. Recommend selection of pervious pavers for the parking pad and walkways. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
