No objection to issuance of permit for phased demolition of stepped parapet walls and selective areas at second floor and reconstruct with laterally reinforced CMU cavity wall faced with new brick, double-hung windows and metal ornament to be salvaged and circular windows to be rebuilt with glass as indicated in supplemental drawings dated 30 August 2012. Brick sample to be approved by Old Georgetown Board prior to ordering. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
