No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of wood storefront with new Azek storefront and for replacement sign composed of non-illuminated pin-mounted lettering no taller than 12 inches high reading 'Abercrombie & Fitch' as shown in supplemental drawings dated 19 September 2012. Recommend a softer color than bright white. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
