No objection to issuance of permit for proposed wood deck and stairs as shown in supplemental drawings dated 14 September 2012 which indicate traditional wood railing with spacing of pickets matching width of pickets and a privacy fence along the east property line. Railing and new fence must be painted. New deck must match projection of rear deck on adjacent property to the west. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
